Being a gold reward member with Marriott I had never stayed at the Hampton Inns, but this time around I got a good rate and decided to try it, mainly for its location. Would definitely recommend it! First of all it's right in the heart of downtown Boise, a long walk from the football stadium (I was there for the Broncos game). You can actually take the free downtown shuttle to and from the stadium, but I decided to walk (about a mile and a half). Rooms are nice, spacious, clean, with a good view of the city. Breakfast was the best free breakfast I ever had. You have your choice of eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, cereals, yogurt, fruit, muffins, breads, milk, tea, coffee, you name it. And the lovely girls at the front desk make you feel right at home. Thanks Hampton and thanks Boise! Good hotel, better people!
