I was quite surprised..., let's face it what are the chances of finding both fresh fish (absolutely vital for sushi) and a good sushi chef. The did both and very well too. I went right 5:30p, so there were no crowds. As far as service goes, it was very good too. anyone that has been too a good sushi bar knows it takes time to prepare. if your food is served too quickly, it was probably not made to order.
