ok , it is me again,
each trip to the red feather, almost gets better. This time , a new server, Aiden, was as knowledgeable as any other server we have had at the red feather. we love it there. we had the best food,and as much as they can ,they use food from local providers , and list them on the menu. the food is fab...the wine list is extraordinary, the wine cellar is large and everyone there seems to like there job. watching the bartenders (i have worked at so many restaurants) take painstakingly time and artistry to make the drinks...carefully, adding all the fresh acroutaments that make a fine drink...thanks so much, can't wait to get back there.
