Our neighbors from NY got us hooked to Guido's and it's become a regular for our family. I suggest you call ahead your order because they get busy, this really is great pizza.

OK, so if you are from New York, then you know all about good pizza. You also know that you should never expect to find good pizza in Boise Idaho...and you can't...although Guido's is the closest you'll ever find out west. If you're having a serious pizza craving, go to Guido's to take care of it.
A plain slice is about $1.50, toppings will cost you a little more. Three slices are enough to make a meal. You can also order soda, wine or beer.
By New York standards, the crust is OK, the sauce is too sweet, and the cheese lacks flavor. But Guido's wins big points for having all the right condiments out for you to use (garlic, oregano, hot pepper flakes, parmesan). They also have the right pizza-joint look and the brusque "whadda-ya-want" New York style service that reminds me of so much of home. In Idaho, Guido's is king of New York style pizza, and I return there whenever I feel nostalgic.
