We spent 1 night on June 30 and 1 night on July 14. We had room 336 both nights. It was a regular room, not a suite.
THE GOOD: It was very spacious and had a large desk, loveseat with side table, a TV, a small refrigerator, a small microwave, a small closet and a queen bed with 2 night stands. The bathroom was large as well and had a small coffee maker. Everything was very clean. Check in and check out both times were very quick. The room was quiet and it was full the first night with kids in town for baseball and soccer tournaments. Breakfast was nice and we found plenty to eat.
THE BAD: We had a 13' total length flatbed trailer we towed behind out Jeep Wrangler and picked this hotel because their website said they have parking for vehicles with trailers. I even double checked that they had plenty of trailer parking. When I checked in the first night, I asked where their trailer parking was. The desk clerk told me they didn't have any and most guests park on the side street running by the hotel. She said they were going to be full and they didn't want guests taking up too many parking spots. We had 2 off-road motorcycles on the trailer and weren't about to park on a street. We told the girl we were parked in front of the lobby and taking up 2 tandem parking spots. She said she thought that would be fine but most people with trailers just park on the street. We left our vehicle there. The next morning, there was a truck with a travel trailer parked in their lot and taking up about 7 spaces. The people with the trailer appeared to be camping there because their awning was up and they had lawn chairs and some other stuff out around the trailer. Someone in a bath robe came out of the trailer when we pulled out of the parking lot. We did see a weedy dirt lot with no lights that had a hand written sign that said "Truck Parking" but there was no way we would park our vehicle there. Both times, the shower pressure was so poor it took me 15 minutes to wash the shampoo out of my hair. It was like standing in a fine mist and trying to get wet. The shower curtain was so filmy it spent most of the time plastered to my body. I thought the bath fan didn't work but my husband said it was one that was supposed to stay on all the time and continually pull small amounts of air through. It was so clogged with dust I doubt it could pull anything through at all. Our first night, the A/C unit was on low when we got there but our second night it was shut off and it was 100 degrees outside. The room was so hot we started to sweat as soon as we walked in. It took hours for it to cool down to a comfortable temperature and it never cooled off enough for us to sleep with anything but the sheet. The bed was very firm and was uncomfortable for us. The pillows were very flat and mushy. The bottom sheet was a flat sheet that kept coming off the bed instead of a fitted sheet that would stay in place.
If we go through Boise again, I'll probably try to find another hotel to stay at because of the shower and lack of trailer parking.
