“Great family learning and fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2012 via mobile

While we didnt have any kids with us, we acted as if we did. It was great fun, cool birds, big ones and small, Condor's to Falcons and we learned about them as we wandered around. You are able to be very close to the birds and enjoy their beauty.

“Unique and Special”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2012

If you want to learn about birds of prey and talk to experts who raise them to release into the wild then don't miss this one. Something you will add to your "special" I'm glad I did that list.

“If you like birds you will enjoy their presentation”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2012

This is a small wildlife preservation aviary for falcons birds of prey. They have some owls, eagles, a condor and falcons that they use for breeding programs to reintroduce these birds back into the wild. The center caters to children with programs to create awareness of birds of prey and their habitat. If you have a couple hours you can go through the center and experience all that they have to offer. Unfortunately the cages have bar's and fencing so close together you can not take good pictures of the animals. The live show was very informative and the bird handler had a good bond with the animals which allowed audience participation to enjoy the experience. The price is decent and you can find a $1 off admission coupon and various hotels and lobbies.

“Not what it used to be”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2012

The used to have more species of birds to view. Since we didn't have children, it was fairly boring for adults

“Unexpected World Center in Idaho”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2012

The center raised the endangered California condors that were released into the wild. Good education center. Many live birds on display. Usually have a raptor out with a docent.
