Modern, contemporary decor with bull-fight paintings that decorate the walls, painted by the owner (I'm told). The only kitcshy items are two photos of the husband and wife owners where every few minutes the male turns and looks at the female and hands her a rose (I am told, have not seen the picture turn, thankfully).
There are two bar areas that are packed during happy hour, which offers two drinks (any drinks) for the price of one. The cocktails are great, the atmosphere is very nice and the appetizers, especially the flatbread are wonderful.
Food at the restaurant has a Latin influence, although not purely Latin, maybe more continental/fusion, but very good. the portions are also very large, they have daily specials, but seems that the fillet/prawn option is always on special. Whenever I have been there on business dinners most of my colleagues order the fillet which is excellent, but a very large portion when served with the prawns and a side.
The only drawback to this place is that the smell of the food always lingers and I end up taking a shower right after each visit and putting my clothes away for laundering. It might be the food that's served on the hot rock or simply inadequate ventilation.
Another thing to mention is that the wait staff are extremely friendly and efficient, but some of the bartenders are not as nice, not all, but some, which is a bit odd for bartenders.
In general this is a good place that serves great food and drinks.
