“Awesome in every way!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

I was little unsure when booked this hotel because of being so reasonably priced. I read reviews and decided to go ahead! It exceeded my expectations in every way!!! Easy to find, clean, friendly stuff, great breakfast! Will for sure stay here again on our next trip from Minnesota to California!

Stayed here twice in 2013, once heading south to Utah, and once heading north, back to Canada.
Both times I arrived later in the evening and without a reservation.

The desk clerks were charming (first time I've described desk clerks this way), engaging and helpful. H.R. did a good job here.

Rooms were great. Average size, two beds, super clean. Big TV with washable remote control.

No elevator to second floor. But help was offered by staff to carry bags up.

Breakfast was sort of ho hum. Where's the sausage? And, the coffee needs improvement, especially since there is no Starbucks in Blackfoot.

On the one Friday night I stayed there, when the place was busy, I still found room to park a small truck and trailer combo in the motel lot.

Would I stay here again? Well yeah. I stayed there twice, when other options were available.

Room Tip: On weekends and holidays you may want to reserve ahead to get a room on the main floor if walking st...

Blackfoot has limited hotel options but each time I stay at the Best Western Blackfoot, the staff is friendly and the accommodations are reasonable. The rooms are appointed with the necessary amenities and I have been able to work and sleep without interruption. The WiFi works well and the continental breakfast is presented as one would expect. The layout of the parking lot provides a moment of reorientation but otherwise it is the place to stay in Blackfoot.

Got in late only to find out that I had made the reservation for the wrong week. Staff said" No problem I can take care of that" and they did. Breakfast was adequate and good. The cutie at the front counter really really made the stay better as she talked to me for awhile and handled the resrevation problem without hassling me.

Can't comment much on the facility as we took a wrong turn out of Idaho Falls and never made it to the Best Western until 10 at night and had to leave before 6 the next morning. However in our short stay, I have to compliment the staff on being so friendly. When I arrived bleary eyed at the desk to check in, the man behind the counter was quite understanding. Also, when I asked about grabbing breakfast the next morning (before the 6 AM advertised time for breakfast) - he said "no problem - it's always set up early" and sure enough it was the next morning. And lastly, I wandered out into the lobby shortly after settling into our room and the staff invited me to share ice cream with them - that doesn't happen at motels in my neck of the woods! Again, can't make any comments on the facility - other than the room was clean and spacious enough - but the customer service at this motel made a great first impression.

This motel in Blackfoot is not at first the most upscale, but the rooms are clean and the service is great...oh yes, and they have even Waffles, eggs and so on during Breakfast!. They do everything to make your stay the best. In a short time it seems that you are together with family. This is really stunning.

If you find yourself needing to spend a night in Blackfoot, ID, you aren't going to have many choices, but the Best Western is very nice. It's a little devious to get to, but it's over by I-15, and you can see the sign from a distance. Rooms were nice, breadfast was very good, and the staff was VERY friendly. If you need to eat, there is a nice restarant hidden away about a block behind the motel named Tommy Vaughn's.

Room Tip: We were on the second floor and used the stairs. I didn't see an elevator, so if stairs are a p...
