My husband took me to Washington Farms this October to pick pumpkins and walk through their corn maze. It was lovely! There's a huge selection of pre-picked or pick your own pumpkins, by weight. They're not the cheapest pumpkins you can buy, but you get to see them sprawled along the countryside and pull them from the vines, which I felt was well worth it.
We took a hay ride down to the "attractions" section of the farm, which included corn hole (tossing the football and trying to knock down notable UGA foes the yellowjackets and the gaters), a giant jumping balloon, petting zoo, bunny farm (adorable), vortex (spinning hallway that the kids seemed to enjoy but was too dizzying for us), and a corn maze. The corn maze has two sides, and easy one and a difficult one. It is full of clues, and you have the option of taking a map or not. I am pleased to say that we reasoned and fumbled our way through the maze, sans map, and had a great time doing so. On the way out, we had hot chocolate at the food stand, which sells everything pizza, ice cream, and other treats.
If you're looking for something fun to do that doesn't involve sitting in front of a screen, I highly recommend Washington Farms for adults and kids.
