THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. "They do not want military and governement employees business" this is a direct quote fromt he front desk. We booked our stay in advance because my husband had orders to go to Warner Robins AFB for business several days before our arrival orders got changed and we called to move our check in day to the following day. They said you need to go thru base travel dept. NO my husband replyed im civilian I don't go thru them. Fine she said. Once we arrived we were told we couldn't check in 1 hr early even though i asked because we had been driving with our 19month toddler. No! thats the rules. Fine we said. Upon check out got bill and it was fine. We get home and saw they charged our government CC 68.00 for a NO SHOW!! We have had several heated conversations now with the front desk and they can't even tell us why they are charging us. My husband said " I called and changed several days" They said "We don't know that!" So basically calling us a liar!! They said we can't talk to the general manager and they won't return calls. The exact comment was "we are calling the base to tell them we don't want there business" There are better hotels in the area STAY SOME PLACE ELSE! maybe if we were of a different race things would have been different??
