“Average at best”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2012

Upon arriving later in the evening, there was no one at the front desk but they were there yakking in the back office. Finally someone came out and check in was efficient. The renovations were going on which shifted the breakfast area to a conference room. Food readily was depleted and a very sleepy looking and inattentive attendant was very deficient in filling up empty food bins (sausage, eggs, potatoes, coffee creamers...and no waffle mix). Also seemed like the smallest queen beds we had ever slept in. It was quiet, though, that was a plus. Average at best. We would stay elsewhere in the future if need be.

A very average Hampton inn, trying to still keep things moving while remodeling. The rates where high for a place in this much disarray. The staff tried very hardto keep things running.

Below needs gym, good wifi, spacious room.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2012

My wife and myself along with our two grandchildren stayed here for two days while we visited the Aviation Museum at Robins Air Force Base. We had two joining rooms. Both rooms were super clean, and had huge really clean bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The Inn is located on the main highway (Watson Blvd)
and there were lots of nice places to eat near by. The pool and the hot-tub are on the first floor next to the gym. Again both were clean and very well maintained. One of the machines in the gym was out of order for our entire stay. Staff were very nice and efficient. They offer a free breakfast which was OK, but I've had better in other hotels. I think this had to do with the attendant who cooked and maintained the breakfast room. Day one was much better than day two. The wi-fi was free as far as the hotel was concerned but I was shocked to see that I was charged $40.00 by the local Internet Service Provider. It was a little expensive ($125.00 per night) but overall a pleasant experience, and would recommend it to anyone coming to Warner Robins, Georgia.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the first floor.

I visited this hotel after needing a room unexpectedly while in town for a family emergency. When I arrived, it was 1:15am on a Friday night and the lady at the desk was not helpful at all. I asked what rate they could provide and she said the best rate was $125. I pulled up comparable hotels nearby and told the rates at other hotels we all under 100 but she would not listen and said there was nothing she could do. She wasn't interested in assisting me and therefore lost a customer for good - at any Hampton across the country.

After having a difficult time finding a room in Atlanta, we had to drive a couple hours further south and found this Hampton Inn. We pulled in at 4am and they were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. We had their late free breakfast and it was delicious. The breakfast area was immaculate. Mary made sure that we had everything we needed to eat! Thanks !

If you are looking for the typical Hampton Inn, this is it. I mean that in a positive way. This property is located within walking distance of any number of dining opportunities as well as a large Kroger supermarket. It's a couple of miles off I-75, but easy to find.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2012

Stayed there over Christmas while visiting relatives. The staff was very friendly and accomodating (and these were likely the more junior folks who had to work the holidays). They even helped us adjust our reservations to change room types and get better discounts. Rooms and lobby area were very clean. The breakfast was good for what they offer and the lady working the food area was very helpful as we had some people who needed assistance due to age/mobility.
Only negative was that they don't allow dogs (we were here because the La Quinta across the road burned down) so we had to make other arrangements for them.
Recommend this hotel.
