“A touch of urban chic”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

There are three establishments carrying the 'Bleu' name in Valdosta: the cafe, the brasserie next to it, and the pub on a different street. The brasserie seems to open mainly for events, the pub has occasional live music and some decent bar food, but the cafe is the place to go for a restaurant menu. The seating could be more comfortable, as the tables along the wall are quite tight for space, but if the place is quiet (as it often is), a high table near the window gives a bit of breathing room. There is also limited outdoor seating. The menu isn't very extensive, but decent enough. Tacos are a staple, and some southern favourites like pulled pork are available, too. There is a good selection of drinks, including decent draught beers, and we have found the service to be both friendly and efficient, adding a little bit of urban chic to the Valdosta downtown.

“One of the better places to eat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012 via mobile

The tacos are not your typical tacos but are tasty. The servers are friendly and helpful and will go talk to the chef if you have concerns over ingredients. Pizzas are big & can be shared. Good value, better than average food for Valdosta, and friendly staff.

“Gotta go again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012

I have been there twice and have plans again for girls night out soon! Great food, the staff is really nice and gives great suggestions about what drinks to order to complement your food. You can sit inside or outside and it's just a cool place that service great food but its not stuff and you don't have to dress super dressy.

“Great food and ambiance!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2012

My husband and I had the rare opportunity to go out sans kiddos, so we hit up The Bleu Cafe from a recommendation by a friend. It did not disappoint! We shared some sliders which were fantastic and reasonably priced, and the rest of the food was quite yummy. The atmosphere is sort of casual chic - rare in Valdosta. The seating was fun and casual and made it easy to enjoy the company. Will definitely go back!

“Very nice place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012 via mobile

I had one of the pizzas very good; crust was thin but not burnt like a lot of cafes' thin crusts. Service was great. Will be back
