“SPOTLESS!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

.We were traveling on I-75 en route to Colorado and needed a Pet friendly hotel when we came across this awesome Best Western well worth its 'tripadvisor' rating! One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. We were so impressed from the the moment we stepped through the front door and were warmly greeted by Ileanii [sp?] as well as Megan the following morning.
Our comfortable suite was beautifully decorated and impecably clean,as was the rest of the hotel. The beds were super comfortable especially after a long day behind the wheel.
We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the coffee/tea available in the lobby. The pooches loved all that open green quiet space in front of the hotel. We wholeheartedly give this establishment an A+ and our pooches insist on giving it a 5 paw rating for that kitchen cool tile alone...:-)
We wish to thank the hotel and its accomodating staff for making our stay a pleasureable and memorable one...

My wife and I stayed here for one night on the 28th March 2013, we had suite 407 a front of building King
This Hotel hits the standard that all BW hotels should strive for. Set back from the road, and near Interstate 75 junction, it has very good kerb appeal and the impression continues inside with an efficient, cheerful and helpful check-in.
Our suite was large and impressively clean with the sofa opposite the bed with a wall mounted modern TV on the window wall between the two, allowing the TV to be swiveled to allow viewing from either. The desk and food prep area were as modern and clean as you could expect. The two large picture windows giving a view of the stars and stripes and the road.
We had a small problem as we discovered that the Microwave wasn't working, but this was soon replaced, but the workmen did come to the room with another Microwave before they had checked the one in situ!
An added bonus here is that all telephone calls within the USA are free, so I was able to phone my brother on a Dude Ranch in Texas. This information was in the room digest so check before assuming that this feature is still current.
Breakfast was very good indeed for a "Continental" as there was scrambled eggs, biscuits and Gravy, sausage patties (Unfortunately cooked in the microwave, so looked anaemic) along with the usual cereals, breads etc. The breakfast area was very busy and finding a seat not at all easy.
There is also a fitness room, which is better equipped that usual, so much so, that I nearly went in!
Would we stay again. Of course, we're BW+ converts, as this is the second site that we've stayed on this trip and both earned "Excellent" A very high value product indeed.

We stopped at this hotel overnight on our way to TN. I have to admit we were pleasantly surprise with the overall stay and mostly impressed with the room. Ours was a corner double bed suite on the lower floor, it was big, two queen size beds, a sofa, a sofa chair, two 40" HDTV, small breakfast table for two, a bar with stools, small refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was spotless clean and big although it wasn't a tub which I don't mind, but some people might. I love the fact we have FREE parking, breakfast and WiFi that was reliable and very fast (I'm still baffled by the hotels that do charge for those amenities) Granted the breakfast wasn't as elaborate but it had enough options unless you are a picky eater, and the people who work at the breakfast area were some of the nicest we encountered along the way.
The only fault I found in this property is that the workout room is was not only small but very limited in the equipment, but that is definitely not a reason not to stay here just a personal preference. We were happy we stayed here, we had been to Valdosta plenty of times on our travels back and forth from the sunshine state and this hotel definitely rises above the rest, at a very reasonable rate you get a well managed property with plenty of amenities with a touch of authentic southern hospitality.

Had an overnight stay on way to Florida at Best Western Plus in Valdosta GA. The room we had was a one bed room suite with 2 queen size beds. The room was located on the end corner on fourth floor so quite large. Bathroom had a walk in shower rather than a tub and quite large. Bed very comfy. The suite had a sofa (not a pull out), microwave, small refrigerator with flat sreen TV. There was also a flat screen in the bedroom. The room was very clean right down to the "Clean Remote" for the TVs. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with quite a nice "menu" for a hotel breakfast. Definitely a must stop if you are driving I-75 and need a good place to stay.

Room Tip: corner suite was quite large - although the hotel desk clerk did say the most of the rooms are large...

The rooms are cleaner and bigger than any other hotel I have been to. Looks brand new and the staff is great. I attended a beautiful wedding there this weekend and the landscaping looked pristine! Large landscaped pool/spa area, palm trees added a nice background to the outdoor ceremony. Best place to have a wedding! They used the meeting room for the reception and it was very spacious and bright. The staff was veryhelpful with anything we needed too. A+++++ best western by far. Thanks for the hospitality!
