We rented one of the units (2 bedrooms) with another couple for 4 nights. My friend's wife was ALL about this place (prior to arrival) and talked about the view of the beach, etc. Note - Check-in must be done by 7:00 P.M., so not sure how they handle any late-night arrivals.
There are many different units, and I think we paid more for an ocean-view. It was on the lowest level, so the view was OK, and we could see the beach from our balcony, but just barely. A higher floor would have been nicer - and maybe more expensive. The condo was nice, with a large master bedroom with a separate balcony and bathtub. The other bedroom was rather cramped with a queen bed, nightstand and armoire (as well as closet). One of the extra pillow was VERY stained and should be thrown away. Walk-in shower across the hall from that room, so a little less private. Leather sofas in the TV area/living room, and dining table separate from the kitchen, although all of that was open-space. LOTS of rules about how to leave the place with nothing in the fridge, garbage container, etc or extra fees would be assessed. The floor looked clean, but judging by the bottoms of your feet after walking around, they had NOT been cleaned in some time.
My friend tried to get some internet access - this info was not made available until he asked, and he never got a response to an e-mail he sent to the owners. The WiFi never worked, so he ended up buying a Cat-5 cable. That didn't work until he rebooted the modem. TV channels were limited, but you're probably on the beach or in nearby Savannah anyway.
Cost was $320/night, which I thought was a bit high for a somewhat slower time of the year. I think we and our friends would look at other alternatives if we ever go back.
