“Best Pizza I have had since Italy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

This place may not look like much from the outside but Marcel the chef at this restaurant is not only an amazing chef but a really nice guy...always remembering my order. The food is fresh and top quality. Every time I visit my parents in Suwanee... this place is a must for me! LOVE LOVE LOVE the food!

“a hidden gem ...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

We heard about this restaurant from a friend. I had driven by it dozens of times but never noticed it, tucked away in a busy strip mall. The restaurant itself is tiny and spartan. It is the freshness and preparation of the food that brings us back. This is a family operation and they are totally focused on 2 things - customers and food. The thin crust pizza is so good. I ordered the salmon dish recently and asked for veggies in place of pasta. The fish was served with a delicious light sauce from the pan and a heavenly combination of sauteed vegetables including eggplant. We watched the chef prepare it. Yes, it's that small. They need a few more tables (there are only 4, hard chairs and all) and especially wine and beer. Food this good deserves a nice glass of wine or beer.

“Best Pizza I have EVER had!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2011 via mobile

Had a craving for simple, GOOD pizza. Stumbled upon this family run gem almost by accident and had a meal to remember. It's a very quaint place with a simple but extremely well maintained atmosphere. The aroma was AMAZING the minute you walk in as the chef/owner is cooking away in the dining room and the brick oven is cooking up FANTASTIC crispy thin crust pizzas. The wife and I tried two pizzas, one with olive oil, herbs, and tomato; the other with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and feta. Both were made with very fresh ingredients and tasted incredible.

This place is a must for anyone wanting GREAT homemade pizza. We look forward to returning in the near future to continue exploring the culinary genius on display at RBO.

“Great spot in Suwanee....”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2011

If you are visiting or live in Suwanee area you have to check out the red brick oven. Great food and the folks that run the restaurant are very nice folks. They have been in the atlanta area for years however the owner chef is lebanese and he brings that nice mediterranean touch to his food.

The restaurant is known for its flat bread pizza's and they are a delight. Try any of the white cheeze pizzas that are specialtys, however the regular cheese's are great as well. The pizzas arent the only thing great on the menu. The salads are nice and the blackned chicken sandwich is the best around.

Yep folks if your around this area you own to yourself to check out the red brick oven as soon as you hit the door the aromas will tell you you made the right choice, enjoy.
