My wife and I stayed here 4 days with our son and daughter-in-law. We wanted to see the sights in Atlanta. This motel is an excellent value. Very nice room, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. It is a bit out of Atlanta, but much less expensive than the Atlanta hotels. We do a lot of traveling and know a good value. I have stayed at top hotels on business trips that were not as nice.

Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but certainly not the worst. An ok place to hang my hat for a night. It was easy to find off the Interstate and the rooms were clean and pretty big, but the hotel overall had a slightly sketch feel to it (probably mostly due to outdated decor). The continental breakfast was pretty pitiful and the staff wasn't overly friendly, just saying the bare minimum to get by for check-in. Decent wireless access and a micro and fridge were nice. Please also note that this is a two-story motel that does not have an elevator.

We arrived in Atlanta after driving from Orlando at about 7.30pm on Saturday night, after checking about 15 hotels which were either fully booked or only had jacuzzi suites left in despair we phoned a friend who did a search and the Country Hearth is what she found.

So we promptly went to the CH, we got a King bed room, including tax for 2 nights was $101 which I was very very pleased with. The man at the desk was very attentive and very pleasent and always greeted me upon entering the lobby.

The rooms are quite dark (but I have found that lots of American motel/inn rooms are dark) the furniture is a bit dated but it does the job. The bed was the most comfy bed I had slept on in the 3 weeks we were in the States. The bathroom was adequate, a little cramped but clean, had trouble keeping the water inside the shower due to a strange shower curtain though.

Plenty of toiletries, towels and coffee/tea facilities.
The AC worked very well although a little loud so turned it off at night.
The free use of computer and printer in the lobby was great to just check emails and print off my boarding passes for our flights.

Location:
About 14 miles to ATL, which on a monday morning suprisingly only took me 15 mins to get to! There is an interstate section very near but you can't hear it from the rooms.

There is an applebys about a 5 minute walk away, which we went to two nights in a row, they had a special, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees for $20 bucks and had great food and service there espeically from Andy!
Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Shell, Walmart are all nearby.

We needed a place to stay on the south side of Atlanta, on our way from Kentucky to Daytona Beach. Found this place on tripadvisor and decided to give it a try. We arrived late and there was one guy working the registration counter. He was friendly enough. Only gave me keys for one of the two rooms I'd booked...had to remind him of the other room, and then, we had to go through the whole registration process again for the second room. Oh well, I was tired of sitting, so standing at the counter wasn't so bad.
The rooms were very basic. Clean. Nothing to write home about. But, also nothing bad or unpleasant. There were refrigerators and microwaves in both rooms. Had coffee, tea, and all the extras (shampoo, etc.). Lots of towels.
It was a motel...rooms faced outside. Was really quiet - didn't know if anyone else was there or not.
The free continental breakfast was less than satisfactory. Don't think I've ever seen such a tiny spread. And, the bagels were ring-size...okay, maybe a large ring. We ended up going to a nearby IHOP.
Oh yeah - they had really easily accessible wi-fi...and it was free!
So, all in all, it was a fine place to stay (couldn't beat the price) for a night.

The hotel is well located near the intersection of I-75 and I-675 just south of Atlanta, easy to get to I-85, I-285 and the airport. Many restaurants and fast food places nearby. Hotel is a little off the exit so fairly quiet.

Room was large with a microwave, small refrigerator, and free wireless internet. Bed was comfortable, shower and tub worked well, plenty of towels, several pillows. Staff was friendly and offered a free bottle of water and granola bar on check-in. When room had only conditioner, but not shampoo, clerk quickly brought two bottles of shampoo. Heat worked well on a very cold night.

Only negative was an odd perfumy smell, either over-strong air freshener or leftover from carpet cleaning.

Hotel has free breakfast but had to leave early and did not sample.

Got great rate on hotel's own website on day of stay, below rates from travel sites.

We had a family emergency trip to GA, so we booked online. On such short notice, the price was within our budget and we needed somewhere to stay. We had no idea what to expect, but when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised!!! The room was clean, the exterior and lobby was welcoming, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Much more than expected for the price. I will definitely have no problem staying there again.
