I took a group to Atlanta for a conference and we chose this property because I am a priority club member and because of its proximity to the conference.
The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was too crowded for the size of the hotel - finding a place to sit was impossible.
Check in was great. Check out was miserable.
The last morning there was no hot water for showers. Instead of contacting the guests in the hotel by leaving a message on their phones or a note under their door we were left to find out on our own as we ran the water forever trying to get some hot water. I took a one minute shower just to prepare for the conference. The front desk clerk informed me that the thermostat had gone out and it wouldn't be fixed until that evening. Just a heads up would have made me feel like they cared about their guests.
I would not stay at this property again when in Atlanta.
