“Its Decent”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

The Popeyes is at the TA travel plaza on I-95 exit 87. Its decent for a quick chicken fix. If you want a regular Popeyes you gotta go into Savannah or Hinesville.

I been here a few times and they did get some extra help. Place is pretty clean being there are messy truckers in and out.

“Onion Rings Tasted Like They Were Cooked In Used Motor Oil”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2011

While driving through Georgia on I-95, we stopped for gas at a station in Richmond Hill, Ga. Adjacent to the station was a Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits so we thought we would get an order to go. We ordered Chicken Strips and Onion Rings. It took a full 20 minutes for our order to be prepared. The chicken was OK, nothing special and had a strange flavor we'd never tasted in Popeye's Chicken before. The Onion Rings, those horrible onion rings. They were fried in very old, overused, should have been changed long ago oil. The onion rings had a burnt, greasy flavor and they were gray, not golden brown like they were supposed to be. Specks of old burnt food from previous orders covered their surface. We won't be back.
