“Unique experience~!”

A country cabin type of building with the restraurant on the second floor. Large old oaks to the front and the restraurant is in the middle bend of the river. You look up two rivers at once and out to uninhabited Islands and far away is the ocean. The seafood is fresh and nicely prepared and presented. The staff is very cordial making for an enjoyable evening.

“You will be rewarded for the journey!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2014

Full disclosure, I live relatively close to Marker 107, so it's not much of a drive for me. If you don't live in Richmond Hill, it will be a bit of a drive for you, but when you arrive you will realize it was worth it. You will be greeted by one of the most beautiful live oak trees anywhere. Once you get past the tree, you will be taking in the beautiful inter coastal waterway, which can be viewed from nearly every seat in the restaurant. It is family owned, and feels like it, they specialize in seafood, and its pretty good! I can't say I have ever had a bad meal there, and never get tired of the view and location.

“Coastal Georgia at its finest. ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2014

I believe TBBZXR reviewed the wrong restaurant because this place has very little fried food on their menu. If you want fresh seafood, amazing water and marsh views, and local hands-on owners, this is the place to go. We ordered blackened scallops, shrimp and grits, a wedge salad, grilled shrimp and a pasta dish. My son always gets a hamburger which is delicious. It is worth the drive to experience this coastal gem. Wild Georgia shrimp comes right off the Grey Ghost shrimp boat which is docked at the restaurant. No Tasteless shrimp from Taiwan here! You must go before the sun sets to see the amazing view and dolphins. The live oaks draped in Spanish moss and a plantation home next door help make the scenery simply beautiful. Definitely my favorite place in Richmond Hill.

“Great dinner”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2014

Really liked the atmosphere and food. Seasonal crab claws, grilled fish tacos and salted caramel cheesecake were all very delicious. Staff was pleasant, but not exceptional. Portions for entree were ok, but not generous. I'd recommend for anyone in area.

“Wonderful Surprise!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014 via mobile

Stopped for one night at marina next door. Not connected to restaurant. Funky little fish camp. Not fancy. Man says restaurant open up the driveway. Hang a left. Walked up, beautiful grounds, inviting porch, inside darling decor. Low Country cool. Service was prompt, friendly and every item correct. Food was all fresh, local and creative. Shrimp & grits, grilled fish, salads. Full bar. Liked it all.
