The staff here could pull off a full service 5 star with ease. I was greeted at the door and after recieving my key I got to my room to find that I couldn't open it, the Manager escorted me back to my rooom opened the door with my key that I couldn't open it with. He was appologetic and said it happens alot. Then proceded to show us the room and ask if it was to our satisfaction. The Breakfast was to die for and the evening drinks with the manager are great. The King suite we were in was huge and very clean. The only issue that I have with this hotel is the interior corridor lighting which lacked a little. I would highly recommend this hotel.
