My husband and I were going away for our wedding anniversary and having a son that was graduating from college the same weekend, we thought we would spend a little extra to stay someplace really nice. We reserved a non-smoking room. King bed with whirlpool for 2 nights as 1 night we would be there to get up and go to the graduation and the next night would be "our time". We walked into the lobby and the flooring is missing several slats, maybe they are renovating, but there was no sign as "to our appearance". This definitely did not look like any Hampton we've stayed at before. When we checked in the staff said, yes, that's a smoking, king, with whirlpool, and we said, no, it's a non-smoking. We were told there were no other rooms available and "oh, yes, now I know what happened. The people in "your" room decided to stay an extra day, so we had to move you. That's all we have. The staff did give us fa-breeze, but if you are a non-smoker you get the picture. The whirlpool is not what I had pictured, in the room, round, fits 2 or more people. It's a bathtub slightly longer than a regular tub with jets on the sides, so that was disappointing. The hot breakfast was not what I'm used to with this caliber of hotel either. The only thing hot was some cut up, sausage and scrambled eggs that were round. The rest really was what you would expect of a "Continental breakfast"
