I stayed in this hotel yesterday with my family, they did not have available room that could accomodate 6 people so they got me the conference room Rm#101, it was around 10 pm when we got there, I reported right away that the refrigerator and microwave was not working , after I was told to wait for 5 minutes and they will take care of it, guess what? 30 minutes passed and nobody showed up, so I went to the front desk again , 2 male staff were present, they were not even busy, there was only 1 client there and they were just chatting! I told the night shift staff that I really want to get these taken cared of since it's getting late and the kids are ready to sleep, again after maybe 20 min.One of the male staff showed up with an extension cord? How did he know right away that this was the problem unless this has been going on, anyway he needed another extension cord for the refrigerator and said he will come back, I've waited again for another 20 minutes but for nothing, I went to the front desk again ,the male attendant working the night shift( same guy that showed up in the room) said I called my manager for the extension cord but doesn't know if he ever will call back? What kind of business are they running? If he would have came back and at least update me of what is going on, I would have been patient and understanding. That last time I went to the desk, the guy that check us in stated I should have told you that the refrigerator was not working, (indeed they knew this was an ongoing problem) this place needs to get their employee go through intense service recovery training! It is very bad for a business when customer's concern are not being attended timely and properly!
