“If BBQ is what you want but don't want to cook gotta go to Williams Bro!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013 via mobile

Best BBQ ever! From the time you enter the parking lot and smell the smoke you just know its going to be really good! I had the 1/2 slab Baby Back Ribs, macaroni, fried okra & Texas toast. For dessert I had coconut cream pie; it's to die for! The service is top notch and friendly.

“Nirvana for BBQ Lovers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2013

Even having to wait for a table was a pleasurable experience since the open pit faces the waiting area. The aromas from the cooking meats just keep enticing you until your table was ready. The portions are generous, the BBQ is great, the toast (make sure you mention you want toast when you order) is superb; and the wait staff is very helpful. Combo platters looked awesome but way too much food for me.

“Great, succulent pork and sides are pretty good, too. Delicious pies!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2013 via mobile

I always get the pulled pork and it is good. I was able to get toast this time which is a nice accompaniment. I still don't understand when they bring the sides out well before the meal, but anyway that quirkiness is
acceptable. Delicious pies! And the pit is right inside the restaurant!

“Maybe I expected too much”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

When I'm don south I look forward to good BBQ! But this time I was disappointed

The service was good, I was seated promptly and waited on very quickly and efficiently.

The place is a nice and unpretentious
Williamson bros BBQ Roswell

Cole slaw just ok
Sweet tea was good
Mac and cheese was nothing special
Sauce was not to my liking
BBQ pork was dry
Highlight was the Polish sausage

“Good southern BBQ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2013

Went to Williamson while visiting family in Atlanta based on recommendations. Was not disappointed. Several of us had the BBQ pork and it was really tender. The place is not a high end restaurant so if that's what you are looking for then you're at the wrong place. This is a very casual BBQ place with authentic food. Much better food than Jim and nicks.
