My husband and his company were working in Marietta and stayed at the Comfort Inn because they have lots of truck parking. My kids and I came down to visit and stayed over easter. We always stay in low buget hotels and are accustomed to being in conditions that most people would probably not want their kids in. This hotel was exactly the opposite!

The rooms were clean, my husband found them small, but I thought that they were average. The beds were comfortable, better than my bed at home! Everything was well maintained. The housekeeping and maintanance staff work 27-7. The people were friendly and if the housekeepers didn't speak much english, they smiled alot, worked hard, and had an efficient system for cleaning the rooms.

I didn't have the free breakfast, but my kids did and seemed happy with it. I did drink plenty of coffee, it was available all day.

The only real problem I had (and now I am just being nitpicky) is that they ran out of milk, creamer and the apple juice was watered down one day and out the next. Also the laundry room only has one washer and one dryer for all three floors. But if that is all I can complain about, then I really have nothing to complain about.

If I could change anything about this hotel, I would add a couple more washer and dryers and make the pool an indoor pool.

I was very, very happy with this hotel and wish I could stay somewhere this nice every time I go out of town.

I checked into the Qualit y Inn after a 12 hour drive from Detroit MI, the room had 2 unmade beds, an empty beer bottle and pubic hairs all over the bathroom. After complaining to the front dest, they moved me into what's call a suite, it was the same layout as the first room except for it had 1 double bed and a sofabed, my original request was non-smoking with 2 double beds, Well after moving into the second room the sofabed was filthy and the manager only supplied 1 sheet and 1 blanket. I had to go through a lot to get moved into another room, then they put me into a 1 bedroom suite for a couple of hours, only to move me again into the 1st original room that I checked into in the beginning.

The front desk help was very helpful and awsome, it was the manager who had very poor customer service skill. I would never stay at this hotel again and I've stayed there in route to Florida for the past 10 years, even before it became a Quality Inn.

After I checked in at the Quality Inn Marietta, I went up to my room to check my room and make sure that everything was up to par. When I pulled down my bed, I found that the sheets were full of hairs and stains, as well as the blanket. Also, it was evident upon pulling back the blankets that the sheets had not been changed due to the fact that you could see the imprint of the person who had slept in the bed before. Upon further inspection, I went into the bathroom to find hairs from a man shaving in the sink and the towels were not only worn with strings hanging off of them and what appeared to be food debris on them. I was moved to a room down the hall about an hour after initially checking in and found that room to have no TV. The room I was previously in had already been sold and I was told that I would have to stay in a completely different room than the one I reserved. I asked to speak with the general manager and he refused to help me and was generally rude. It was 2 hours before I was able to get settled into a room. The front desk staff was overall unknowledgable about the surrounding area and events. Overall I found that this hotel was dissapointing.

Our family went to Georgia on vacation and stayed at the Quality Inn in Marietta. When we got there we were totally shocked to find a nice looking 3 story hotel with spotless rooms. The rooms were wonderfully clean and also included a mini fridge and microwave. They had a small pool outside that was maximum 5ft, but my son still loved it and it was very clean as well. They also served Belgian waffles in the morning at breakfast, along with cerals, different types of pastries, and juices. The waffles were really good. The hotel staff was very nice and considerate and helped us with directions around the city, and even printed them out for us. I would definitely recommed this hotel to anyway going to Six Flags theme park and water park. The water park was only 4 minutes away from our hotel. The price was great too...we only paid about 53.00 a night. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!!
