Please don't stay here, they don't have their act together yet. I don't know why they opened this hotel, but they were not ready yet to receive guests. I booked directly with the manager, I asked for adjoining rooms and to have a crib for our room. We arrived on a Sunday evening around 5:45pm, it took the front desk about 45 minutes to check us in. They were so unorganized it was ridiculous. The woman working the front desk was perfectly nice, she just didn't know what rooms were adjoining, they were running all over the hotel looking for themselves. When we finally got into our rooms, they were missing some furniture. One room didn' t have a desk yet, it simply had lamps and phones sitting on the floor. The furniture still had all the tags on them. The other room seemed very hot, so we cranked the air down and went to dinner. While we were walking out we asked the front desk to deliver the crib while we were gone. We came back about an hour and a half later, no crib in our room. They didn't have any in the whole hotel, they had sent someone out to buy one. Finally about an hour later they brought the crib, only for us to realize that the adjoining room to ours was not getting any cooler, the air conditioner was broken. They didn't have any more adjoining rooms to offer us, so we had to accept a room across the hall. We have four children ages 1 to 6, so I had to stay with two of them, and my husband had to stay with two of them. Highly annoying. The breakfast in the mornings were not fabulous either. They ran out of milk, so we couldn't offer cereal to our kids. The hot items were really cold. The following day they were supposed to have eggs, but the platter was empty. It was just a horrible experience overall. The pool is very small and right outside the front door of the hotel. I would have thought that they would have voluntarily offered us a discount on our room rate, but of-course i was naively mistaken. It wasn't even worth it to try and demand one, I just wanted to get out of there. There are also no nice restaurants anywhere near this hotel, there's a Cracker Barrel, and a Shoney's. The hotel overlooks a Toyota dealership. I will say that the beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The decor was fine, especially a king bedroom.
