This is the newest hotel in the area (although we saw two others that will open soon). We had a little trouble finding it even though we used to live in the area. The hotel is directly behind the El Cheapo gas station. Check-in was pleasant. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed was also comfortable. I liked the window seat. If you've never been to the area be forewarned about the sulpher water. It's not the hotel's fault, that water is everywhere you go, so if you're particular about your water bring your own drinking water. Breakfast was very good, and they have one of those waffle machines. Check-out was also pleasant. Would definately stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. We've stayed in Kingsland 3 times now and this was by far the best hotel and best price at Exit 3! The place couldn't be any cleaner. Quick check in/out. Great breakfast. Nice amenities. Friendly staff. One very minor issue: The frig in both of our rooms made an annoying clicking noise so we both unplugged the frig to get a quiet sleep. I would definitely stay here again – won’t even bother checking the other Kingsland hotels. Top Pick!! A+

We were driving from Florida to North Carolina for a weekend trip to see family and wanted to break out trip up a little bit. We normally stop in Savannah but since my daughter had school the day we left we did not want to wait to stop in Sav GA. I researched hotels in Kingsland and stumbled upon the Microtel Inn and Suites. This is a new hotel with modern/contemporary furnishing. It had a window seat in the window , sm fridge, coffee maker, two double beds ( very comfortable!) and full size bath. The room was extremely clean. The staff were very hospitable. Check in and check out were very simple and fast. Other perks : free long distance and free local calls , continental breakfast, cable tv with movie channels, free wireless internet. I will definitely make this my stopping place any time I have to stop off of I95 in GA going to NC. There are gazillions of places to eat and get gas as well. The hotel is easily accessible from I 95.

I and my disble mother travelled together. Microtel was the perfect place for us to stay at economy price with luxury fascilities.......so convenient for my mom with her wheelchair. Hot belgium waffles was nice addition to their deluxe continental breakfast. I would definitely recommond this place for any kinds of traveller int his area.
