This small bakery located inside what once used to be the Bus Station by the railroad tracks, has a very good selection of sweet treats that pack a sweet punch but you have to go early to get the best selection of freshly baked treats! I went after lunch time and most of the goodies were already gone but I did enjoy my Peanut Butter and chocolate bar very much. It took me a few minutes to make a choice between the cream horns, doughnut holes, chess bar, lemon bars, doughnuts, cookies, coconut covered bars, etc. My cousin chose a cram horn and we both enjoyed our sugar fix sitting in the AC . It was 90 degrees that day in good ole Jesup. We could hear the trains as they approached the train station next door. The place may be small, but it sure was clean and quaint. It also has public restrooms if you want to wash off all the gooey, sticky, powdery sweetness from you fingers. Sometimes goodness does come in small packages! Get there early because they are not open all day.
