Located on the pier at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel. Good service, good food (I had the scallops - large and lots of them). Small dining area, with tables overlooking the water and a bar area. Reservations recommended. Prices reasonable (dinner for two, with drinks, taxes, tip - $65.00 range).
The food here was on the basic side. Service was good. Our wait staff were friendly and attentive. My husband had shrimp and grits. The dish was not prepared in the traditional way. One nice feature was being able to watch the spectacular sun set.

They are a great alternative for lunch on Jekyll. Love their chili and the burger is great too! Love going their in the winter.
I visited Lattitude 31 on Jekyll Island last weekend with a group of friends. This is a casual, outdoor, no frills sort of place with the best steamed shrimp and crab I have had in a very long time. They have a covered area out on the deck (the rah bar) where we enjoyed live music while we polished off tray after tray of shrimp and crab. It was wonderful! The server took very good care of us as well. I can't wait to go back.

A bit pricey, however, very attentive wait staff and excellent food. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Jekyll.
