Book through Wyndham Rewards . Room very old. Bed was upgraded and carpet but you could tell it had not been vacuumed. Bathroom very old, tub had been painted and it was noticeable. Toilet was outdated and tissue holder was just patched up. Office was nice and the two customer service reps I spoke with were friendly.

On behalf of the staff here at Days Inn, I want to apologize for your experience with us. It is my mission to satisfy the customer and their needs when they choose to stay with us. The hotel is an older hotel and its a process, but we are slowly trying to upgrade and replace the things that need to be replaced. We do realize that there are some outdated fixtures in the guest rooms and we hope that in time, everything will be new. As the General Manager I want all of our guests to leave happy. And when they don't, I'm glad for reviews such as this, because it gives me an insight as to what we need to make a priority. Thank you for taking the time to post this, and I assure you, we will take note, and correct the issues accordingly. Maybe in the future when yoyu travel to Hinesville, you'll consider giviing the Days Inn another opportunity to satisfy your travel needs.

We checked in a couple of nights ago and to start we had to be shown several rooms before we picked the one to sleep in. The price was simply over priced. Just to expensive for what this hotel gives. To be perfectly honest we only stayed after seeing the other 1st choices was because it was late and we did not want to drive anymore. The rooms were just simply said "filthy". Take away just the filth, the layout of the rooms weren't that bad. To pay what we paid they need to fix a few details then Actually could be kind of nice for that rate. But you can't get to see past that because the room was so filthy. Honestly I can not see how a housekeeper could have been in to clean these rooms after checkouts. That's what made my husband and I so sock once we started thinking about it. The floor IF VACUUMED, was ran threw because absolutely no time was out into vacuuming these floors. Not only were the floors filthy (my husband white socks were black by following morning at checkout), there were wrappers crumbled up on the for from empty candies. DUST? Literally UNBELIEVABLE how dirty, and dusty the room was. The lamps must of had an inch of dust which provides no housekeeping was in these rooms, and IF there was then they should be either let go, or a class should be given on how to clean a guests room DAILY! the tub/shower was disgusting from the dried soap spots on the walls to again, DUST on the shower head, and faucet. Made us not even want to shower feeling as if we would get dirty by taking a shower in that bathroom. The kitchenettes was the only area that had no carpet and for such a small area they couldn't even clean the floors (sticky, and dirty). Television? We always watch a television on this certain night, and can you believe no sound on the network (local channel as well ABC). That's just laziness on the hotels part. All it takes is a phone call to whom ever their provider is and they will come to that hotel and fix what ever problems their having (usually just a quick reboot since it's direct TV, because other channels were also out). And since it's satelliting, or direct tvi must say they had the least amount of channels to offer compared to most hotels these days. Then to end this stay we thought well let's try their breakfast that they said they have not expecting much AT ALL since our room was how it was. Not expecting much at all BUT COME ON NOW, the absolute worst breakfast display I've ever seen. Worse then any continental breakfast. They had absolutely NO VARIETY OF ANYTHING. Cereal that looked stale, and literally 3 muffins in a bag and just 1 type blueberry. If you're gonna be cheap, and only have just 1 type of anything pick a neutral flavor because not everyone like blueberry. YOU NEED MORE OF A VARIETY OF THINGS FOR YOUR BREAKFAST, BECAUSE YOUR GUESTS ARE PAYING FOR BREAKFAST IN THEIR PAYMENT. NOT FREE WE STILL PAY SO THAT GOES INTO IT. THAT'S HOW YOUR GUESTS SEE IT. AND THAT'S THE VERY LAST IMPRESSION YOUR HOTEL GETS TO SEE BEFORE CHECKING OUT. oh, and they also advertise "FREE WI-FI" ABSOLUTELY MISLEADING. Had no internet the entire night. My husband and I got 1 bar of service that did nothing but freeze our page for about 5 minutes, then nothing the rest of the night.
Have housekeepers REALLY CLEAN!
CALL CABLE PROVIDER FIX STATIONS, MAYBE EVEN ADD SOME CHANNELS.
HAVE THE INTERNET FIXED BECAUSE I'M SURE PEOPLE USE THEIR INTERNET FOR BUSINESS, AND AGAIN "GUESTS ARE PAYING FOR THAT SERVICE WHETHER YOU CHOOSE TO THINK SO OR NOT"
AND ADD MORE OF A VARIETY TO YOUR BREAKFAST, FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE SMALL DETAILED GUIDELINES JUST AS "EVERY HOTEL IN AMERICA DOES" AND YOU WILL PROBABLY STOP GETTING BAD REVIEWS. AND EVEN BETTER YOU WILL GET REPEAT CUSTOMERS. BECAUSE AFTER THAT VISIT WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO YOUR HOTEL.

Greetings from Days Inn.

On behalf of the staff here at the Days Inn, I would like to apologize for your experience here at our hotel. The Days Inn in Hinesville is currently undergoing some changes. You may not be aware that the hotel is now under new management. Not only does the hotel now have a new general manager Mr. Timothy Klose, but we have also hired a new Housekeeping Supervisor and complete housekeeping staff. Our hotel has undergone complete in room renovations. Including but not limited to brand new Wyndham approved beds. My personal goal as the GM here at Days Inn is to strive for excellence. I want to make sure all of my guests that choose to stay with us leave the hotel happy and satisfied with their stay. I'm so very sorry this was not the case with you. We know you have a choice of where you can stay when you come to Hinesville, and we understand that your previous experience was not a good one. However, a lot of changes are taking place here and I do hope that upon a future stay here in our city, you might decide to give The Days Inn another try. Our rooms look, feel and smell much nicer. We have an amazing and friendly staff that is willing to accomodate you in any way we can. We are also currently in the process of phasing out the continental breakfast here at Days Inn. Eventually, when our transition is complete, we will have a full hot breakfast to help our guests in starting their day off right. We do hope you'll visit us again in the future and come and see and experience the excellence we strive for here at the Days Inn in Hinesville. Thank You.
