Unicoi State Park is located less than 5 minutes by car from Helen, Geogia. The park is a great place to enjoy a lake side picnic, or even a walk through the woods. There is a small beach, where people can fish and swim, while enjoying the water on a hot sunny day. At the lake, it is also possible to rent paddle-boats and canoes. Without a doubt, take the time to see the best spot in the park - the view of Anna Ruby Falls.
We spent a enjoyable afternoom at the Lodge just by accident, and enjoyed a great buffet, I'am sure the best prices around. We already booked into the Lodge for next fall and plan on spending most of our time right at the lodge
