“Exceeding expectations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Went out of their way during in climate weather to facilitate an unarguably over the top experience at a large venue. Knew you by name shortly after your arrival. Waite staff were attentive and well trained for questions asked about menu items. Entire staff that me and my family came in contact were friendly and helpful-doing everything within their power to make out stay a VERY positive experience.

Room Tip: Grounds from every angle were top notch. Well manicured.

Had a great weekend trip here on club level. We love Linda and Joann. They take great care of us. The food presentations are wonderful. Spa facials were heavenly. We loved sitting by the pool. It is quite crowded and takes an unusually long time to get drinks from the pool servers. This didn't detract from our enjoyment. Our room was large with 2 Queen beds and had a very large balcony. Already booked another stay in June.

This was my family's first time visiting this property, but we'd heard about it from many of our friends. We had a wonderful visit, and I would highly recommend it. S'mores at night over the fire, canoeing around the lake, walking around the property...what a fun family trip.

We stayed on the club level, which I highly recommend. The club room offers spreads of food that will delight adults and children, not to mention a really nice selection of champagne and wine.

I can't wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed here for a work function. We've been to a number of really nice hotels and this is right up there with the best.
The service was incredible. We never wanted for anything.
I think the true mark of great service is how a hotel responds when something does happen. We had an issue in our room and the engineer was up there quickly to resolve it. We even got a follow up phone call to make sure everything was okay.
The spa is really, really nice. It was the best massage I have ever received.
The are is quite stunning. Well manicured and we walked the trails a lot and it was beautiful. We even thought about living there down the road.
This place is very nice. Worth the visit.

Spent 3 nights here for a corporate event. Rain caused many changes is the event schedule, but the service and attitudes of the staff couldn't have been better. Enjoyed every moment! Would love to return.

This hotel had all the quality and amenities that you'd expect from a Ritz. The service stood out as exemplary. My only complaint would be that my bed was pretty soft, as were the pillows. I would have preferred a bit firmer. If you're planning to play golf The Oconee and Great Waters are the top two choices.

Had two meals on two nights. Both mighty fine steaks but the Fillet at Gaby's and the Garlic mash was to die for... Great stuff Yal it was a great setting out by the lake and the food certainly matched the occasion. The Bistro offers a great inside experience and we were looked after very well.
