Excellent Southern Cooking! Atmosphere is very boring but the food makes up for it.

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast on the way to the Apple Festival in Fall 2006. We stumbled upon this place and it was fantastic! The blueberry pancakes were so fluffy and had fresh blueberries! They were some of the best pancakes we have ever had. We are making sure we stop again this Fall. Very inexpensive and great food and service!!!

"best grits in town" quoted by a grits expert. delicious thick bacon in large quantities, the real country ham, salt cured, hefty stack of three pancakes with a plate of bacon is only 3.95 12/05. this is a family restaurant and everything here is done first rate. a meat and three at lunch isn't but 6.50 and offers a large variety of fresh, home cooked veggies and tempting deserts. they have a full salad bar too. this is a great place to eat!!!!
