Everyone likes pizza and every hamlet in the US has a "joint." In the northern Atlanta suburbs (Dunwoody) this is clearly the best. Fresh ingredients, interesting combos, even a white pizza. In door and out door with take-out. Always packed with locals and kids. To be cherished by us locals!
Mellow Mushroom always has good pizza and salads. Very consistent and a wide menu selection. Decent beers available and a friendly staff. Would definitely go back.
Mellow Mushroom has some of the best pizza I have ever tasted. This particular time we got the buffalo chicken pizza, but on other occasions we have tried a few of their many inventive pizza creations. This place definitely has its own style, but everything seems to work together for a great restaurant. Lastly, keep in mind, for pizza, it is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.

Mellow Mushroom is a chain and outlets are popping up all over. The store in Dunwoody, Georgia, however, has a great "little neighborhood pizza joint" feel. After we sat down and ordered, I started to get cold because we unknowingly seated ourselves under a ceiling fan. When we asked out waiter if he'd mind if we moved, he said no problem on moving, but he'd also be happy to turn off the fan. At that point he clambered up on a chair and turned the fan off for us! (Thanks, Justin.) out pizza was hot and well-made. We thoroughly enjoyed out visit to Mellow Mushroom.

FoodWe ate here last night. Mellow Mushroom always has an above average pizza. This location is like a basement recroom. Nothing fancy with lots of friendly people. Loaded with kids on a Friday night. The location on Roswell road is newer and larger and less crowded.
