I stay at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia fairly often for business. Almost always get Patrick Marshall at check in. He is the epitome of professionalism, and is always extremely helpful. Recently had the same experience with James Barnes. After a horrible travel experience the night before, (had to stay at the Westin Buckhead because the Crowne was booked.....YUCK!!), I stumbled into the Crowne and James and Patrick were at the front desk waiting with a smile. James took one look at me and said "you need a treat tonight". He proceeded to upgrade me to a lovely suite which is just what I needed. You cannot surpass the service at this hotel. Fantastic front desk.

This is the best service and atmosphere I've ever encountered! The Hospitality ambassdor was a stellar performer. She went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for any stay. Outstanding Stay!!!

Very helpful and polite staff. Our room is clean and comfortable. We are right across the street from Perimeter Mall. Our banquet is in the Ball Room. Had cosmopolitans In the lounge and watched the Falcons - 49 ers playoff game. Drinks were super and bar tender attentive.

First I woul dlike to say I never stayed in any hotel or motel with no refridgerator. I complained and got one but was that really necessary? ONe day my associates and myself came back from our vendor and went to the hotel fo rlunch which has 3 dining facilities. When we got there none of them were open! This is ridiculous! If it wasnt for a front office manager JASON BARNES we would of gone back to our training class with no lunch. He had one of the restaurants prepare some food for us which was really classy of him. Also the TV sucked, had opoor reception and very limited channel choices.
It's a hotel I would have to think long and hard about staying in again
