Inexpensive asian buffets are all over the place and the one thing they have in common is that most of the food is both too salted and floating in a tray of oil. You try to eat healthy and cut back on the calories but it's a losing battle. Sydneys is the ONLY exception to this that I'm aware of. This restaurant needs more people to be aware of the effort they make to prepare really good food without all the salt and oil found everywhere else.
