“Authentic Chinese Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013 via mobile

When we pulled up to the restaurant noticed a high percent of Asian diners. The food was fresh , authentic and extremely reasonable . It was a great family restaurant . The staff was most friendly and explained all entrees . Great find!

“Great dumpling and buns”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

This place feels authentically Chinese, and I love it. The convenient location off 285 helps and of course the food is great. I've had no problems with service. Everything tastes fresh and of good quality. While I'll one here with Chinese friends it's also a great place to take friends who are new to real chinese.

“Enjoyable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

I came for the soup dumplings and they were quite tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to shell fish so they were able to point me in the direction of items to avoid. They were very attentive and answered all questions I had about the food. It is not the fanciest place but you are there for the food and the food is good.

“Juicy shanghai dumplings are outstanding”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013 via mobile

Many variations on dumplings with excellent fillings but the wrappings are thicker than you may have experienced in China. The leek pie is very good w cellophane noodles, leeks and egg. The noodles are very good. The mandarin pork pancake is delicious tho greasy. If you want dumplings, I recommend the food court at "Chinatown" where the oriental pearl is located. But, you will enjoy the pan fried pork buns, pork pancake and juicy dumplings.

“Tasty Northern Chinese, large portions & small prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

Dined here with spouse last night. Seated immediately and waiter provided peanuts, etc snacks, plus tea. Ordered Cha Chiang Mein and dumplings. Cha Chiang Mein portion was large and flavorful. Dumplings were nicely flavored and also large. They were steamed (not fried). Lots to eat, lots of choices on the menu. Good service. Credit cards not accepted on checks under $15.

Would go back!
