Fair accomodations but overpriced for the area. Decent room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was above average. Need an elevator desperately in this hotel. It is difficult for older adults to climb the stairs. They are in the process putting an elevator in. They needed it a long time ago. Employees need to be instructed not to stand outside and smoke cigarettes during office or check in hours. It was a put off to see the person always outside the front office. Close to interstate and Lithonia Mall is just up the interstate.

This hotel was never haunted and such things, have never happened here. this is a brand new hotel that was jsut recently built and you can check with holiday inn corporate to verify that. this hotel has no problems and is actaully doing quite well, youll be lucky if you get a reservation!!!!!! i had a great experience and teh staff was friendy. Becasue of the manager i made it to my son's graduation on time, i had to pick up dry cleaning and didnt have time so teh manager went and got it for me. GREAT HOTEL!!!!!

When our family stayed at this hotel back a few years ago we found out that is was haunted. There was a man that was killed in this hotel and at the time is was known as Semionel Lodge. This hotel is very scary and also there were many people killed on the streets of this town. Look you the history of the hotels or any where else you would stay before you make reservations. If you do decide to stay at this hotel make sure you check out the right side as you walk in of the hotel stairwell and that is where you would see his image and that side of the hotel stays very cold. The people will have problems trying to keep the food warm during breakfast. I worn you if you dare. Also check out the pool area it feels as if someone is watching your every move.

The lady at the front desk was nice, but this is not your typical Holiday Inn Express. It was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the room had a horrible odor. At breakfast, there was no one there-does this give you an indication of what this hotel is used for?
