This was the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean as was the whole hotel, the staff was very professional and friendly, the breakfast was very good. The manager/owner of this hotel should show other Best Westerns how it is done. It does not get 5 stars only because it lacked some of the modern amenities, such as a flat screen TV, and a more sophisticated room temperature control system. Overall though I recommend this hotel highly.

My mother, sister and I stayed here for the convenience to Amicalola Falls State Park and Dahlonaga. I was greeted warmly and quickly checked-in. There was quick access to our room through a side door. The room was what you would expect - clean, neat and everything in working order. The beds were comfortable and there are many different pillows to choose from. A hot breakfast is served each morning. I simply had orange juice and a cinnamon roll, so I cannot pass judgement on the sausage, scrambled eggs etc. Check out is a breeze. I would recommend joining the Best Western Rewards program because they are the world's largest chain, so more often than not, it will be a hotel choice. Stay here if you want to go to the outlets as well.

We stayed here after packing our house to move and we were exhausted. We got in after midnight and asked for two beds. The room was very nice but the sheets were pilled and felt like sandpaper and the towels (only 2 in the room) were thin and threadbare. The room was lovely and the staff was friendly and we were only had about 6 hours before we had to check out so we didn't complain that night. I wrote a review for Best Westerns Rewards program and mentioned the sheets and towels and I got a personal email and phone call from the manager apologizing. I was amazed and will definitely stay there again. Customer service like that is rare. Location is fantastic too.

The hotel was extremely clean, well decored, and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had hot and cold selections. The pool area and patio were great places to sit and visit with family. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here in the future when back to visit family. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to off the freeway/main routes.
