The room was disgusting. It felt dirty from the moment I walked in. To put it straight, I had planned on staying here during my entire business trip of 3 nights. I promptly checked out after the first night.

The bathroom was disgusting with mold in the shower and on the tile floor. Towels in the bathroom were yellowed and gross. I had planned on taking a shower in the morning before work but gave up on that idea as soon as I opened the shower curtain.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

I didn't quite feel safe staying here as a woman traveling alone.

Checkout staff seemed quite incompetent and rude. I stayed there one night. He charged me for two. Not knowing how to correct the error, he fumbled through it and extended a 3 minute checkout to about 10.

If the nasty rooms aren't enough of a deterrent, the nasty staff should be.
