I booked 2 rooms with the Econo Lodge and found them to be perfect for what we wanted. Let's be honest, you're not paying for four star luxury, you're paying for a nice, clean room to be a base for what you're going to do in the Mountains and around Dahlonega, and the Econo lodge was perfect for that. The rooms were very clean and we had no issue whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. There was a pool in the back, but we didn't use it. There was also a computer with internet in the front office that was free to use.
