This was unique for us. The B&B and inn were actually closed. My wife and I stayed in the Dancing Bear Cottage which was amazing! I also surprised my wife by ordering the Romance Package and David and Dennis had it waiting for us when we arrived! It was quite with the exception of the birds which we really enjoyed. The screened in back porch was awesome, especially when the storm with outside one evening. It was nice to be by the new pool as well when the weather was hot. The hot tub was great, so was the whirlpool tub and shower. We only had one issue with not understanding how to actually work the tub, but that was quickly remedied with a call. The cabin is close to the Appalachian Trail and a small town of Dahlonega. My wife and I visited the town everyday! Paul Thomas Chocolates is a must and I highly recommend the candied apple. We had soup at the Picnic Cafe, craw fish Po boys at Bourbon Street on the balcony, and a wonderful Italian dinner at Piazzas. We took pizza home from Gustavo's which was great as well! There was a festival called the Bear in the Square on Saturday and it was nice to see all the art/pottery. They had food trucks and music too. Everyday we went to town but it was great to come back to the cottage to relax! We hope to return sometime in the future for a longer stay and to enjoy some of the stuff we missed out on like the spa service and pub!
