Staying at Cedar House Inn & Yurts is a little slice of heaven. It has become a regular vacation location for my husband and me. Located in the wine country of North Georgia the tasting opportunities are plentiful. Many art galleries, antique stores and quaint shops surround Dahlonega. The Hillside yurt offers a wonderful view with treed privacy and all the comforts of home. No tv or phone in the yurt (hooray) but a comfy queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, A/C (or heater) and chairs to relax in. Games and magazines are available in room as well as a catalog of local sights and eateries. Mary Beth's breakfasts are worth the trip alone!! Delicious, plentiful and always with a touch of "green". This eco-friendly place is a true treasure in the North Georgia mountains and you should waste no time in securing a reservation. Fred and Mary Beth are the most gracious of hosts creating a warm, homey and comfortable visit for all. Try a yurt-you'll like it!!!!!
