We have stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels and were very satisfied. This, however, was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We had brought a friend with us on our trip and we were embarassed to say the least. The rooms were old, faced the parking lot, no elevator, no perks what-so-ever (no refrigerator, no microwave, etc.). My advice is seek boarding elsewhere...this place is awful.

from the time i came in the front door i was greated with a smile the staff was great or should i say wonderful. the bed was above and the pool was so peaceful. and they have more eating places around then some have inside with prices that won't break your family like those room service prices, yeah they are an outside hotel but the costmer service you will receive will be way better then any inside hotel you would get. the people treat you like your family. and i dont know about you but to me that goes a long way. the only reson i could see why people are saying such bad thing is because are to sorry to walk up a few steps. i personaly think it better because you dont have to wait in line to get to you room what are they going to do when the day comes when elevators dont work anymore people realy should judge the place by there stay not there steps THEY GET 10 STARS FROM ME!!!!!***************

Due to positive experiences with Hampton in the past, I booked this hotel depsite some negative reviews. To begin, I must say that the hotel staff is super friendly! Upon our arrival, we were treated to fresh baked cookies and sweet tea. The service just continued to improve. We were always greeted with a smile and conversation-hotel employees asked us where we were from, etc. They were never over-bearing, just incrediablely friendly. The rooms are on the small side, but were quite clean. When we first arrived in our room, the air conditoner was not working, but a maintence worker was there pronto and the issue was immediatley resolved. We were not disturbed by neighbors or upstair guests.

The breakfast was quite adequate, and the staff great! We are going to my husband's OCS graduation in November and I look forward to returning to this hotel.

One warning: the hotel guests are often family and friends that are attending graduation ceremonies at Ft. Benning. If you are not there for such events, you may find the comings and goings of soldiers, etc. annoying.

The staff at The Hampton Inn were absolutely amazing. We were served fresh fruit out by the pool. The manager brought out games for my children to play. Always friendly and always smiling. The room was a bit small for a family of four but still worked out great for us. The appearance of the place is average but the staff definately makes up for it. It's very clean but nothing fancy or flashy. Great place to stay!
