I also was put up for the night in this hotel by Delta after my plane, coming in from Chicago, was late and I missed my connecting flight. I arrived at the hotel via shuttle bus and all seemed well. The Lobby was quite nice. I see that all of the money for this hotel was put into the Lobby! I came in rather late, about 10:30pm, and was told all they had left were smoking rooms, I don't smoke, but was so tired and upset that I didn't really care. I go to my room and open the door and it smelled horrible of what I can only think was cat urine. That was only the beginning. The whole room was filthy, and falling apart. I was horribly disappointed with the whole thing. I don't smoke, but smokers are human too and I can't imagine that they would want to sleep in that filth. I just happened to have my camera along and took pictures of everything. I actually had crumbs in my bed! I slept fully clothed with a hood over my head, and needless to say, I didn't get much sleep that night. People will wonder why I didn't ask for another room. Well when that is what I recieved as comfort then the other rooms couldn't have been much better. I complained to the choice hotels after returning home and they sent me a response, via letter, addressed to me but not to me. The Dear so and so wasn't even me so if Mr. Pressley is out there I have your letter!! The person who typed the letter signed it but didn't pay attention to what the managers name was, the names are completely different. So, in closing, I feel for anyone who has to stay the night in this hotel. I literally thought they were covering for the Bates Motel!

A king room with a loveseat, fridge, and microwave.

The complimentary airport shuttle is apparently every 30 minutes, which is less frequent than the schedule in the rooms. I didn't know there was a fitness room until I passed by it as I checked out. (It wasn't listed on the brochure in the room). There is a wood panelled library room with 1 personal computer. The payphones near the lobby have been removed, and my room phone wasn't working.

The place has had a reno, but it wasn't enough. The bathroom was dated and depressing (all cream and white) with one fluorescent tube.
I'd never return.

i agree with previous posts. I must have made somebody at Delta mad as this is where they put us when our plane had mechanical problems. Nice bus service from airport. Nice front desk. Remodeling being done in hotel. Room was disgusting. Pulled back the covers on the bed and found black hair everywhere along with hairs on the pillow..on BOTH beds. They had obviously not changed the bedding. The toilet was dirty too. Needed to go to a pharmacy since Delta lost my luggage too, the front desk supposedly called me a cab and said it would be about $10 or so RT. A man in a van arrived with no meter. As we arrived back he said the charge was $24! I was furious. Just wanted out so paid him, no tip. Arrive home the next day, Delta found all but one bag. It's been 2 weeks now, the hotel called today saying they have my bag. Can't wait to see what's missing from it since it's been at this rat hole for 2 weeks.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. I came away itching.

At the front desk:
1) LONG line at check-in (25 people), but only one desk clerk. The 2nd clerk left at the end of her shift, leaving a long line behind.
2) Phone ringing and ringing, no one answered.
In the room:
1) Toilet would not flush
2) Door key(s) would not work
3) Bed covers of questionable cleanliness
