The staff was very friendly and the overall property looked alright. But if you looked closer you can see some wear and tear and the devil is in the details. Not all the lamps had bulbs, no property info booklet in room. This property was running sold out midweek. But, the discolored bathtub due to the finish having been worn off a long time ago, it doesn’t justify the rates.

This is a great hotel to stay at especially if you are traveling with family and location is a concern. EVERYTHING is about 20 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and do all they can for you-- some even called us by name. The ONLY drawback is the location as it is a bit difficult to find ( especially at night) but dont let that stop you-- a great value for location and it is very clean ad pleasant to stay. Kids will love the fountains and light in the center of the hotel and you will love how they treat you.

I just returned from my trip to the ATL, and stayed at the Embassy Suites out by the airport. First, let me say that I have stayed at other ES in the past (Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY), and both of these hotels were great. However, this particular hotel Needs an Exterminator, as well as some updating!!

After I checked in and went to my room on Friday evening, I noticed that there were coachroaches crawling inside the closet wall when I attempted to hang up my clothes. So I called the desk to report this problem and was promised that they would send a maintenance person to spray, as the hotel does not have an exterminator. (In all fairness to ES, they did offer to give me another room, but it is my belief that if you have roaches in the walls, it is a safe bet that they are probably in other rooms as well.) However, the maintenance person did not get there until sometime the next day (Saturday), and by that time I was kinda grossed out. Just want to say that a little room updating and Cleaning goes a long way for guests!

Needless to say, I will Not be staying at Embassy Suites anymore -- at least not that one!!

We needed to stay overnight to catch an early flight the next morning and chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. It is very close to the airport, as are many other hotels. It was cold and rainy when we arrived and we missed the first shuttle, which runs every 20-30 minutes. The room was fine, although the hotel is a little worn in comparison to other Embassys that I have stayed in. Everything in the room worked and although you can certainly hear the planes taking off, the noise didn't wake us. Breakfast was similar to other Embassys (better than most other hotels in this class with made-to-order omelets and pancakes). Shuttle to the airport was on time and did not make any other hotels stops (as do some of the other area hotel shuttles). Perfectly acceptable for a one-night stay.
