“Not worth staying”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014 via mobile

For the price they charge its not worth a penny. The tub didnt drain properly had to hold flush handle to flush. Spider webs every where, room door did not lock. Item from previous guest left in room. No room service I only saw one house keeper there no one in front desk. The house keeper was doning front desk, and cleaning all rooms. Everything in room was from the 90's not current. Never again I only stay there to be close to family next time im staying in a better location

If you're looking for a five star hotel, then keep going. If you're looking to get a good night's sleep in a clean room, then stop and see "Sam". The room was freshly painted with new carpet and was quiet comfy. The pool had kids in it that seemed to be having a great time. The continental breakfast was small but it served it's purpose. The coffee was great. Sam, the hotel manager, seemed to spend about fifteen hours a day there. He's dedicated to insuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. The room we had was a handicap room and didn't have a shower chair due to some previous guests "borrowing" it. When we advised Sam that we would need one, he went to the store and purchased it. When we were about to leave Sam came to our car and asked us to please come back and stay again as he felt that the guests were a part of his family. You know what? I believed him. Don't be upset that there's not a giant breakfast or a bar, etc. because it is what it is, a nice, quiet, good place to rest with the kids. Thanks Sam, for taking care of us.

We had an overnight stop in Cleveland on the way to the mountains, and stayed at this hotel. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and clean. The only issue we had was we asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. We were tried, so we just went with it. The front desk staff was very nice and I have no doubt they would have handled it immediately and to our satisfaction if we had given them the chance. I would stay here again.

When your first walk in to the hotel lobby the smell of ethnic food smacks you in the face. If I hadn't had a reservation I probably would've walked out right then. The guy at the desk was very nice and worked quickly which was appreciated because we were exhausted. When we got to our room it was like any other cheap hotel room. The smell of fresh paint fills the room- which after the terrible smell from lobby it was welcomed. The beds and bedding seemed new and the room had all the normal conveniences of any other Days Inn. The bathroom was older but everything worked fine- it's not like we were planning to move in, it was just fine for a two night stay. The breakfast was good- at first bite you get a small after taste of that ethnic food. But it's free so I just ate quickly. I felt safe in our room, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I don't have any major complaints.

I would recommend it for a night or two but if you're planning to stay any longer I would tell you to find somewhere else.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They have a small breakfast. Everything was clean when we arrived an it was a convenient place to stay after a wedding. Helen, Georgia is near by which is a fun town to visit. Go eat at Glenda's right down the road.
