Stayed in General Corse's suite for only a night but we positively loved it. The main room has a king bed and then there's another room separated from the bedroom by a fireplace with a sleeper sofa (perfect for my sister-in-law who was traveling with us). The bathroom was magnificent--heated floors , a huge jetted tub beneath a stained glass window, and an oversized shower. Breakfast in the designer kitchen of your dreams was wonderful. The easy going owners, Lynn and Dave, make you feel at home. Spend the day walking the Allatoona Pass (a civil war battle site and monuments directly across the street), enjoying the lake, or shopping and dining in nearby Cartersville.
