Best Hampton Inn I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. They go above and beyond what is required. Good food. Very clean. Super beds and great showers - two of my must have's! Always a restful, quality experience. Won't stay anywhere else in this area.

We just stayed at this hotel a few days ago. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel (it appears to be fairly new). The staff was extremely nice and check-in and even offered our kids some cookies and hot chocolate. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable too. Breakfast offered a good variety although our boys were disappointed that you wouldn't make your own hot waffles as a lot of hotels do. I booked through Hampton and was able to get a good rate. I would definitely stay here again.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2008

My husband had a job to do the first weekend in September so I came with him since he would be there all weekend. He's a heating/air contractor and this was going to be a tough job, so I reserved the whirlpool suite so he could relax after his day's work. The room was huge and the tub could have fit four adults! There was a sizable refrigerator and microwave as well. King-sized bed was extremely comfortable. In the mornings he would go downstairs and get breakfast which he was pleased with. The selection was great and the fruit was fresh. They also had hot plates with sausage, bacon, eggs, and the like. Pancakes & waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. The only down side to our stay was the lack of entertainment in Carrollton. We did find one restaurant, Millie's, that had great food and a selection of beers. Saturday night we drove the half hour into Douglasville to go to Taco Mac which I'd never been to but always heard about. Well worth the trip if you like sports. Fifty TVs in this place and it's two levels. Good food as well.

First & Foremost, I walk in the door, provide my information and BAM, they give me $30 off the quoted room rate (because I was in town for the local school's graduation and they were offering a discount) - but that was NICE!
The desk attendant was very friendly and helpful - helped me replace the toothpaste the TSA securit-istas took from me.
The room was OK. The bathroom was way too small, the toilet easily clogged, the sink was too far in from the edge of the counter, if that makes sense.
The room itself was nice - bigger than I expected. I had the "study" version of the single king bed room & I HIGHLY recommend it since it's the same rate as the standard king (I think). The room was nice: free HSI, comfortable - the bed was really nice & if you're like me, that's REALLY important.
All in all a good stay; the breakfast buffet was good for it's price (free). Friends of mine stayed at the Jamison Inn the same weekend & after looking @ what they got for $5 less per night, I was VERY GLAD I stayed at the Hampton Inn.

  • Liked — Great bed & nice, friendly desk attendants
  • Disliked — bathroom size. features

Excellent hotel! Very comfy beds. Our room on the sixth floor had wifi so must be hotel wide now. No complaints whatsoever. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
