I have traveled through out the Country and have stayed at many hotels. This hotel was outstanding in every sense of the word. From the greeting to my departure they made me feel very welcomed. My stay there was longer then anticipated and that didn't matter the accommodations were made. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast is always hot and many choices.

This was the first time, me and my family stayed at Wingate Hotel in Buford, GA.
The room was very clean, the staff was very accommodating, very friendly, helpful.
Especially the manager, Michele Cerami, she very professional and courteous. The decor was beautiful. We have found our new hotel WE LOVE THE WINGATE AND STAFF our new friends!!!!! Thanks for a great trip!! KMB

1. I was greeted nicely by the front desk person and she was pretty friendly.
2. Tried to do laundry, I asked for change for their machines but they could only give me enough quarters to wash my clothes and not to dry. I asked why, and her supervisor said "Well, we aren't the ones that have to go out and get the change." So, the hotel allows you to wash your clothes but short change you on drying them. Unacceptable. I had to walk to the next hotel down the street and ask for change and explained the situation. Apparently the hotel I am staying at is notorious for being cheap and stingy.
3. Their coffee was room temperature. Their hot water for tea was warm. Not a good way to end my long day.
4. Turned on the shower for a minute and when I got in, there were suds with a grimy film from the tub accumulated with the foam, black, brown, gross. It was disgusting, all the dirt and buildup from the last guests. AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!
5. When I got out of the shower, the mirror fogged up and the on the glass it said " OMG You're soooo ugly!" So apparently they didn't wipe down the mirrors from the last guests. Wow what a great way to make someone feel special.
6. Their high speed internet- is slow as heck. Sigh....
For the price I paid for a suite, I expected what I paid for. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, convenient. I will never come back again.

Clean hotel and room. Services were average. Staff was helpful and polite. Good stay for price in area. Close to mall and interstate was a plus. We travel often and always look for a Wingate because we know what we'll get. Only minus was TV channels were blurry
