Members of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. After checking in we discovered that the door lock didn't work. A quick visit by the maintenance staff revealed a short in the lock. We left for several hours and came back to find a new lock on the door. No further problems. Continental breakfast was better than average. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and the usual waffles. The only negative for us was the bed...too firm for my personal taste. Pillow-top mattress would have led to a four...maybe a five rating instead of the three I give it for this trip.
