“Surprisingly nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

I recently spent the night at the Days Inn in Blue Ridge, Georgia and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were for the price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Best of all, the air conditioning unit was relatively quiet, which is rare for a mid-quality motel. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

I booked this place for a get away and it was not like advertised, pool was drained and Men working on it while we were staying even late at night.Breakfast was a joke,no room for you to even hardly sit down, selection was awful. This was the first place I stayed at that they did not keep coffee brewed. All 3 mornning my Husband got grinds in his cup.Sheets were so thin and had holes in them and somebody needs to learn how to make a bed up.I had to go to office for towels and toliet paper.

Room Tip: We stayed on the front side beside the pool and office,we had no road noise.

We were on the road late and didn't want to drive too deep into the mountains at night so pulled in here. The sheets had ink stains, lamp shades were cracked, paint peeling off the walls, I thought one of the pillowcases was stained but it turned out I was seeing an old yellowed pillow through the case (yuck), the toilet paper holder was halfway out of the wall, no phone in room, no ice bucket, no dirty laundry bag. And oddly enough the bottom sheet was just laid over the mattress and was not big enough too tuck under so it kept riding up and bunching when you moved.

There were coffee stains under the coffee pot that hadn't been wiped up and the towels were cheap and rough. Save your money if you are traveling and head on over to Bryson City which turns out is not much further down the road. We stayed the next night at the Bryson City Sleep Inn which is heaven compared to this horrible place and costs less!
